Shipping + Exchange
Delivery to Australia is a flat rate of $15. For an order over $200 will receive complimentary delivery. It is important to provide us with a physical address not a PO Box. We recommend getting parcels delivered to a work address to ensure someone is able to sign for it.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours and couriered via the most suitable courier or posted through Australian Post. Please allow 3 – 7 working days if you are located in NSW, VIC, TAS, QLD & SA or 5 – 10 working days if you live in Western Australia or the Northern Territories.
You should receive your tracking number from our shipping partner - shippit. Use the directions on the email or notification to track your package. This tracking service is provided and managed by shippit. If you do not receive these notifications, please emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept refunds & exchanges for incorrect, damaged and faulty items only. We require you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We don’t offer a refund for a change of mind. If you would like to request an exchange or receive a credit note less the postage charge, you must firstly email or phone us to arrange an exchange.

The product must be sent back in its original re-sellable condition with no damage to the packaging. Do not send the purchase back first without contacting us. If the item is damaged during transit you must firstly email a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please provide your order reference number. Then we will give instructions to return the faulty or damaged product. We will refund the delivery cost for returns.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
IN STORE PICK UP
If you would like to collect the purchase from in store please select this option at the check out. Also please leave a note if you would like the item to be gift wrapped. We will notify you once it is ready to be collected, allow 2 hours. We unfortunately are not able to gift wrap items to be delivered.
